In 1982, we started out as an executive search firm specializing in the apparel and textile industry (think 80’s denim and boxer shorts). We had a handful of clients, an office with shag carpet, grass walls and a simple mission: to be the best at finding great talent in a niche area. As the world around talent started to change and grow, so did we. We rebranded to Find Great People in 2003 and expanded into temporary staffing.
Our clients wanted more.
As we continued to grow, our clients asked us to play a bigger part in their people strategy and offer more than just recruiting services. In 2005, a large client wanted our help with an outplacement project. Being the entrepreneurial organization that we are, we found a way to meet their needs, resulting in the acquisition of HR Consulting. The rest, as they say, is history.
We are now a nationally recognized talent acquisition and HR Consulting firm, with offices in Greenville, SC, Columbia, SC, Charleston, SC, and Nashville, TN. We help thousands of people each year find exciting new jobs and help hundreds of clients with their talent, search and staffing needs. We are still growing and have big plans ahead.
