Shawn Kinard

Business Coordinator

With over 9 years of support experience, Shawn Kinard serves as the Business Coordinator for FGP’s Executive Search Division. In this role, she works closely with the Executive Search team on retained searches, assisting with document creation including search proposals, position profiles, listening session summaries, search presentations, scheduling, candidate travel, and other administrative tasks. Passionate about helping others and adaptable to demanding conditions, she strives to make a positive impact on everyone she meets.

Throughout her professional career, Shawn has been dedicated to giving back by serving for her local church, as well as supporting numerous non-profit organizations including The Salvation Army, United Way, Habitat for Humanity, and The Ronald McDonald House. She was also recognized as Greenville’s “Best and Brightest Under 35.” Shawn is a graduate of Anderson University and holds a Digital Marketing certification from Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania.

What do you love to do outside of work?

Anything active, usually exercising. I was a gym junkie before COVID, but still workout daily with friends outside or in garages on rainy days.
