Caroline Pennington

Executive Search Consultant

Caroline works in FGP’s Executive Search areas of Accounting and Finance, Sales and Marketing, Operations and Human Resources. Caroline helped establish and grow the Columbia office by building long lasting relationships with local, regional, and national companies to assist in defining their talent management strategies. Caroline is now based in our Charleston, SC office. She has over 10 years of experience in Business Development, Talent Acquisition, and Training within the recruiting industry. Having worked in many sectors of the business, she has a unique perspective that assists in providing creating solutions for her clients and candidates.

Prior to joining FGP, Caroline worked for several national recruiting organizations. Caroline is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and a recipient of FGP’s Rising Star Award.

What is the last book you read and what did you think?

Believe IT by Jamie Kern Lima. I couldn’t put it down and finished it in 2 days! It’s amazing how much more you learn about someone when they are vulnerable and put their story on paper.

If you could have any fantasy career, what would it be?

I would love to be an Olympic soccer player.

What is your favorite travel destination or where would you like to go?

So far, Jumby Bay has been my favorite, but I have a long list to check off!
