Executive Search Consultant

Lillie serves as an executive search consultant, specializing in HR roles in the manufacturing and engineering industry. She is responsible for placing, recruiting and communicating, with professionals from multiple levels in the HR field and building and maintaining relationships with clients to help them reach their goals. She uses her ability to communicate and engage with all types of people to bring success to FGP and its clients.

Before joining FGP Lillie worked as an assistant to a Guardian ad Litem dealing with various Family Court Issues. She also worked as a Fundraising assistant helping many SC House and Senate representatives. Before that, she worked in the State House as a page for the Rules and Ethics Committee.
