Heather Jolley

Senior Search Consultant

Heather serves as a Senior Search Consultant on our Sales and Marketing team. With experience in both Business Development and Recruiting, Heather understands how to proactively evaluate and understand needs in order to identify the right opportunities. She works to build meaningful relationships with candidates and clients in order to find the right fit and help them achieve their goals.

Heather began her career at FGP in 2013 as a member of the Tech team, where she recruited for IT support positions in a variety of industries before moving to our business development team. Prior to FGP, Heather worked with a publicly traded corporation that provides voice and data communications. There she was involved in marketing and sales for the East region. Heather is a graduate of Columbia College.

I would love to go to Tahiti and stay in one of those huts over the water. A glass window in the floor is a must to watch all the fish!
