Interesting Facts:
If you could have any other fantasy career what would it be and why?
I always wanted to open and run an animal sanctuary, with goats and cows and dogs and horses and whoever else needed a safe place. The Gentle Barn is pretty much my dream job. Next to working at FGP of course.
What’s the most daring thing you’ve ever done?
I spent a month in Uganda by myself. I was chased by a baboon, attacked by army ants, and got in a motorcycle accident there, so definitely the most daring month of my life!
What is your greatest piece of life advice?
“We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.” It’s hard to remember all the time, but it’s the best advice my parents taught me. Philippians 2:3 says the same thing – “Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility, value others above yourselves.”
