BayLeah serves as a Recruiter on our Columbia Professional Staffing team. She works to source top talent for temporary and direct hire roles. She enjoys building relationships with a diverse group of candidates and providing them with encouragement every step of the way. She is passionate about being a resource for candidates and building their confidence as they look for new opportunities and take the next step in their career.

Prior to joining FGP, BayLeah was a Human Resource Manager and Marketing Coordinator with a senior care company. She is a graduate of Texas Woman’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.

What do you love to do outside of work?
Outside of work, I love to be outdoors- whether that is enjoying a nice walk, dinner on a patio, or simply sitting with a good book. Another hobby of mine is anything and everything relating to Taylor Swift. I am an avid Swiftie.

Aside from necessities, what is the one thing you could not go a day without?
Although I do consider coffee a necessity, I cannot go a day without an iced oat milk shaken espresso.

What is your greatest piece of life advice?
My greatest piece of life advice is to be kind to yourself. Life is hard, it’s important to show yourself grace- most importantly when you fall. Speak kindly to yourself and navigate your thoughts with compassion.
