Becca Brockman

Recruiter

Becca serves as a Recruiter in FGP’s Greenville office in the professional staffing division. She sources and recruits talent to help clients and candidates achieve their goals. Becca is driven by building relationships and finds joy in her work through her opportunities to engage and encourage people while connecting them to exciting new careers. She is an honors graduate of Clemson University.

Before joining FGP, Becca worked at an insurance brokerage as a business development executive. She enjoyed building relationships with her clients and gaining a broader business perspective of the Greenville community.

What’s your favorite travel destination, or where would you like to go?

I studied abroad in Florence, Italy during college and would go back in a heartbeat, but Israel or Greece are next on my list!

If you could have any other fantasy career, what would it be and why?

Managing a summer camp or an event venue! I love bringing people together and creating meaningful and joyful experiences.

What do you love to do outside of work?

Anything activity-based with my people – walking in my neighborhood, riding bikes on the Swamp Rabbit, playing pickleball or volleyball, or hosting dinner parties.
