Briana Hendrix

Junior Systems Administrator

As the Junior System Administrator, Briana is responsible for the maintenance and support of FGP technology platforms and infrastructure. She also provides support to all Internal FGP team members with any technical issues that they may have. She helps to implement hardware, software, and security updates, with the ultimate goal of continuing to improve productivity with FGP’s core IT systems.

Prior to joining the FGP team, Briana was responsible for supporting all internal technical issues and core system maintenance within a financial institution. With a customer service background in retail and a strong passion for technology, she understands the importance of prioritizing the end user’s experience while still working to increase technology effectiveness on the backend.

What do you love to do outside of work?

I love spending time with my family. My son and I will have video game nights, and movie nights, and will plan fun outings to try something new.

What’s the last book you read and what did you think?

I was recently recommended The Alchemist written by Paulo Coelho. It is an awesome story about a man in search of treasure. The story has deep meanings behind the man’s journey and helped me reconnect with the true meaning of listening to my heart whenever I am feeling doubtful and following my dreams.

What did you want to be when you were small?

I always dreamed of being a video game designer, so that I could make fun little fantasy role-playing games (RPGs) that anyone could pick up and play.
