Camey Kauffman

Technology Staffing Manager

Camey serves as our Technology Staffing Manager in our Columbia office, and she is one of FGP’s trusted business development professionals. She specifically works with clients in the Tech space to help them achieve their goals and solve problems by identifying strategic solutions. She also leads a team of IT Recruiters in developing relationships with candidates and clients across the Midlands of SC. She takes time to actively listen and to quickly get to the root of the problem. She enjoys problem solving and building new relationships daily, and the achievement of building great companies by connecting them with great people.

Previously, Camey was a member of the Varsity Swim Team at The Ohio State University, where she had the opportunity to fulfill a lifelong dream of competing on the collegiate stage. She is an Ohio State graduate.

What’s your favorite travel destination, or where would you like to go?

I love Lake Cumberland, but truly anywhere on a lake. My dream destination is Greece.

What is your favorite game or sport to watch or play?

I enjoy watching college football, Go Bucks!

What is your proudest accomplishment?

Finishing off my 14-year swimming career on one of the biggest swimming stages in the world, the US Olympic Trials.
