Accounting & Finance Search and Coastal Market Leader

Dann Wall serves as FGP’s Accounting & Finance Search and Coastal Market Leader. In this role, he is responsible for executive level accounting and finance recruiting, business development, strategic business planning, and training & team development for the practice area across three market locations. Dann also oversees our Coastal office and team, where he support all lines of business through new business development as well as supporting the team there with day-to-day placement activities. As a long-standing leader in the talent acquisition space, he has exceptional capabilities in helping business succeed by building great accounting and finance teams. He is determined and enthusiastic and prides himself on delivering exceptional support and guidance to each client and candidate he works with.

 

With over 30 years of experience at national, international, and mid-market firms, Dann is an expert in the recruiting & search space. During his career, he has also served as internal talent acquisition leadership for Fortune 50 organizations, affording him the unique perspective of aligning critical pieces for finding great talent. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of recruiting and staff augmentation including executive search, consulting services, and human capital solutions. Dann serves as a trusted partner for clients locally, regionally, and nationally, finding exceptional talent that aligns with both organizational and cultural values.

Interesting Facts:

What is your favorite game or sport to watch or play?

I play ice hockey, golf, ski and run. I enjoy watching almost any sport, but my favorite is watching my daughters play lacrosse.

What is your proudest accomplishment?

I will always say my family first (my wife of 24 years and our 3 children), but I also completed an Iron man triathlon (140.6 miles)

We created a family mantra with our kids we put on a white board in our kitchen:
