James Williams

IT Business Development

James is a Business Development Representative on the FGP Technology team based in our Charleston, SC office. He works with businesses across a variety of industries to provide technology talent to help them achieve their strategic goals. Using his IT recruiting experience, James is able to understand client needs and advise clients on how to best grow their technology teams. He enjoys building meaningful relationships and works to provide superior customer service to his clients.

Prior to joining FGP, James was an account executive with one of the largest staffing firms in the country, specializing in new business development as well as maintaining existing business.

Interesting Facts:

What do you love to do outside of work?

Spending time with my wife, eating good food and spending time outdoors (hiking, exploring, going to the beach, etc.)

What’s the last book you read and what did you think?

Extreme Ownership by Jocko Willink and Leif Babin. It was a gut punch to say the least, and really made me sit down and think about how I respond to the decisions I make and how they affect others.
