Jordan Fletcher

Executive Search Consultant

Jordan is a Consultant within the Executive Search Division of FGP in Greenville, where she specializes in healthcare. Jordan’s 5 years working alongside the Executive Search Division has allowed her to effectively and efficiently provide start to finish services for her clients. Jordan has a passion for helping others and developing relationships that result in successful client/candidate connections and positive business outcomes.

Before joining the FGP team, Jordan worked as a Real Estate Paralegal for a local law office. Collaborating with both clients and the attorney in the areas of personal wills, foreclosures, short-sales, and LLC start-ups, Jordan learned the value of marrying client relationships and business processes. Jordan is an active member of the community, volunteering with local organizations and her local church. She is a graduate of Clemson University and enjoys being active and spending time with her husband and twin daughters, Grace and Lucy.

What do you love to do outside of work?

I love to spend time outside, being active. I also love taking long weekends to Kiawah Island where we ride bikes and hang out on the beach!
