Katie serves as an Executive Search Consultant for the FGP Technology team, specializing in nationwide IT Executive Search. With over 6 years of dedicated experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, she’s crafted a reputation for proactive communication, transparent partnerships, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Her approach is centered on the belief that lasting success is built on relationships, not transactions. From sourcing top talent to advising on the hiring journey, Katie is passionate about eliminating inefficiencies that hinder progress and fostering partnerships that empower both candidates and companies. Having worked extensively in IT and Technology recruitment over the past 3 years, she’s developed a deep understanding of the industry’s intricate demands and challenges.

Prior to joining FGP, Katie spent the last year spearheading the Talent Acquisition department for a high-growth HR Tech company. This background equips Katie with a unique perspective on the intricacies of the hiring and interview process from both sides of the table. Katie is a graduate of College of Charleston.

What’s your favorite travel destination, or where would you like to go?

Bali. I’ve been 4 times and it never ceases to amaze me. The people are absolutely lovely, the food is delicious and healthy, and the afternoon rain showers are delightful. The place is MAGICAL!

What is your proudest accomplishment?

Starting and selling a successful business, without any prior experience or business knowledge. There was a lot of blood, sweat, and tears.

What is your personal life motto?

“Don’t sweat the small stuff” – Although, I don’t always abide by this!
