Executive Search Consultant

Leanne is a tenured member of the Accounting and Finance team, serving as an Executive Search Consultant. She recruits within finance and accounting to fill critical hires for clients locally, regionally, and nationally.  Leanne understands the importance of identifying a good match based on job skills and culture, and she works hard to ensure a great fit for both candidates and clients.

Prior to FGP, Leanne’s professional experience fell within the nonprofit and public sectors. She also worked as an in-house HR manager.  She is a graduate of Winthrop University and received her MPA from the College of Charleston.

What’s your favorite travel destination, or where would you like to go?

So far my favorite destination has been the BVI. I love to travel and would happily go anywhere, but Egypt is at the top of my list. I’d love to see the pyramids.

If you could have any other fantasy career, what would it be and why?

I’d love to be a musician. I can’t sing or play any instruments, but music is my happy place.

Aside from necessities, what is the one thing you could not go a day without?  

Coffee.
