Mason Ward

Senior Business Development

As a member of FGP’s Business Development Team in our Charleston, SC office, Mason brings over 20 years of consulting, recruiting and sales experience to the table. She is driven by her love for working with clients to provide solutions, and passion for achieving results for them. Mason works closely with her clients, providing a consultative approach as she goes above and beyond to meet their needs. She focuses on new and existing relationships and learning about their goals and challenges so that she can blend those with the solutions FGP has to offer. Mason’s goal is to develop long-lasting relationships with clients and support their growth over time.

Mason’s career has spanned the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, making her a trusted resource for industries of all types. Prior to joining the FGP team, she worked as the Director of National Sales for Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit where she was responsible for growing the company’s national presence and building sustainable relationships with their customers.

What is your favorite travel destination, or where would you like to go?

The Maldives – I am in the process of getting my scuba diving certification and want to dive around the world with my family!

What do you love to do outside of work?

Anything outdoors! I love to paddleboard around Charleston’s many waterways, bike and run on the beach.

What is your proudest accomplishment?

My two amazing boys! Being a mom has been so rewarding and I love watching the great young men they are becoming.
