Megan Jefferson

Recruiter

Megan serves as a Recruiter in FGP’s Columbia office, focusing primarily on office administration and medical office roles. She conducts recruiting calls, schedules interviews, and helps source new talent for open positions. She enjoys building relationships with a diverse group of candidates, helping them land jobs that align with their career goals.

Prior to joining FGP, Megan worked as an insurance agent conducting needs analyses and matching individuals with products that fit their needs. She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina.

What do you love to do outside of work?

Outside of work, you can find me running by the Congaree River at Riverfront Park or trying out a new restaurant in Columbia with friends and family!

What’s your favorite travel destination?

Oslo, Norway! During the summer of 2017, my family and I took a cruise through the Baltic Sea, then took a short train ride over to Norway. I was able to visit a lot of incredible places during that trip but, what stood out about Oslo was its natural beauty and history.

What is your greatest piece of life advice?

Don’t be in such a rush to figure everything out. Embrace the unknown and let your life surprise you.
